Dynamo Selling is a national sales training organisation that specialises in the psychology of sales, and utilising the mindset of both the sales person and their client. Our point of difference is our motivational flair, that not only empowers clients with the tools to improve their sales processes, but the drive to do it. Dynamo Selling tailors our programs to suit the needs of the clients, from small to large groups as well as one-on-one trainings.

We deliver specialised programs for phone selling, retail and corporate groups through a combination of sales training workshops, presentations, role play and sales coaching. Our philosophy is grounded in motivation, as we believe instilling the drive to succeed in our participants is the biggest factor to their success.

DiSC is a universal behavioural assessment tool that determines what personality type you are. Understanding the four profiles will help give you insight into your own selling style as well as the specific traits of your customers. We use the DiSC methodology to teach salespeople
how to read their customers and adapt their selling style to connect with the different personality types they will invariably encounter in the world of sales.
